Yolanda Robinson, the Founder & Executive Director was inspired to start Arizona Facts of Life (AZFOL) after being exposed to the unmet needs of youth in the underserved African American communities. The activities provided by AZFOL have been established to encourage effective life skills and personal improvement through leadership training, team building, enrichment workshops, seminars, retreats, sport programs, performing arts, and college preparation.

AZFOL’s mission is to provide and nourish an environment where youth discover healthy solutions to life situations.

Yolanda will use the grant award to help fund their Youth Leadership Training program’s monthly weekend retreats where AZFOL provides personal development and life skills for girls ages 9-17.
