Board of Directors

 Joanne Reed the Founder of My 10 Counts Inc., serves as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. She has always had a heart and gift for fundraising and helping anyone in need, especially families.  Previously she founded S.O.A.R. Spouses Overcome Addiction and Rise where her organization provided support to families while the head of the household sought drug and alcohol rehabilitation.  The experience of always trying to raise money to provide services fuels her determination to help nonprofit organizations keep their doors open.  Although the need for funding in the community is great, her determination to give those with limit financial resources a vehicle to be a part of something bigger than themselves.  And finally, she is motivated to make the community a better place by being a part of the change she wants to see. Joanne wants her grandchildren to see her example that everyone can do something to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.

Joanne studied Business at Youngstown State University and Chemical Dependency at Rio Salado Community College.

 

 Bronda Reed  serves as the Board of Director’s Secretary, as well as the Director of Marketing and Membership for My 10 Counts Inc.  She is a mom with a passion for volunteering with her children.  She has served on the Board of Directors for Childhelp’s Wings Chapter in Phoenix, AZ in various positions over the course of 5 years.

Bronda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Kent State University with a major in Marketing.  She is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training center.

 

Denise-Mitchel  Denise Mitchell,  a dedicated member of the Board of Directors, has been a Health Care Consultant for 17 years.  She is an expert in her field and she has a true heart for helping anyone in need especially our seniors.  She sits on several professional boards and contributes regularly to her favorite charities.

Denise Majored in Journalism and Public Relations and Minored in Psychology at California State University, Chico.

 

   Daniel Tillman, the Board of Director’s Chaplain has been an Engineer with Intel Corporation for over 15 years.  He is also a Real Estate Developer with his company New Heights Development LLC.  He has served as a Mentor and Business consultant and participates in many community outreach projects with his church.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College and also holds a Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.
